Window and GUI system based on ImGui from OCornut.

Include docking/floating window, multi window and multi render support.

Actually work on Windows with different backend

• OpenGL with GLFW
• BGFX
• Sokol (with DX11 and OpenGL support)

Linux support is in pause.

For Mac it's not decided yet.
